    DALLAS, July 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SOURCECORP's (Nasdaq: SRCP)
management team will announce the Company's second quarter 2002 earnings after
the market closes on Wednesday, August 7, 2002, and will conduct a conference
call at 3:45 PM Central Daylight Time to discuss 2002 second quarter results
and respond to any questions.
