today announced that Eric Anderson has been named president of BISYS Education
and Licensing Services. Mr. Anderson will provide executive oversight of
BISYS' industry-leading business unit that supports insurance and securities
firms and professionals with a library of more than 225 pre-licensing,
continuing education, and advanced designation training courses that support
virtually every compliance need and stage of career development.
Mr. Anderson will report to Jose Suquet, president of the BISYS Insurance
and Education Services group. He will assume his position at BISYS on July
29, 2003, and will be based in BISYS' Atlanta office.

Mr. Anderson has extensive management experience in both the financial
services and educational outsourcing industries, including senior-level sales,
marketing, and management roles with S1 Corporation, Knowledge Alliance,
Executrain, and Baxter Healthcare Corporation. Prior to his corporate
experience, he served five years in the U.S. Army, ending his military career
as captain of a large helicopter aviation group. He holds a Bachelor of
Science degree from Penn State, and a MBA from the University of Miami.
