SOLNA, Sweden, July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Esselte Group Holdings AB (publ)
announces that its 7-5/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2011 were recently
approved for listing on the Irish Stock Exchange (http://www.ise.ie). Esselte
issued these notes in March, 2004 and the net proceeds from the offering were
used to repay all of its then outstanding mezzanine debt, which carried a
higher interest cost, as well as to repay a portion of its existing senior
debt.
For as long as the notes remain outstanding and listed on the exchange,
Esselte Group Holdings AB (publ) will make certain information available
through its Irish Paying Agent, AIB/BNY Fund Management Ireland (Limited),
Guild House, Guild Street, Dublin 1, Ireland. The notes are not registered
under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold within
the United States or to U.S. persons, except to qualified institutional buyers
in reliance on the exemptions provided by Rule 144A of and to certain persons
in offshore transactions in reliance on Regulations S, and are subject to
