Isle of Capri Casinos Calls 9% Senior Subordinated Notes for Redemption

    ST. LOUIS, Mo., July 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Isle of Capri
Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISLE) announced that it has called for mandatory
redemption all $200 million principal amount of its 9% Senior Subordinated
Notes due 2012, at a redemption price of 104.50% plus accrued and unpaid
interest to (but not including) the redemption date. The redemption date is
August 29, 2007.
    The redemption price will be drawn from the Company's new senior
secured credit facility, entered into on July 26, 2007.
    Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc., founded in 1992, is dedicated to providing
its customers with an exceptional gaming and entertainment experience at
each of its 18 casino properties. The Company owns and operates casinos in
Biloxi, Lula and Natchez, Mississippi; Lake Charles, Louisiana; Bettendorf,
Davenport, Marquette and Waterloo, Iowa; Boonville, Caruthersville and
Kansas City, Missouri and a casino and harness track in Pompano Beach,
Florida. The Company also operates and has a 57 percent ownership interest
