Investors, LLC today announced that John Caley, an 18-year veteran of the
commercial real estate industry with more than 12 years of experience in
investment real estate transactions, has joined the Company as Senior
Managing Director, Real Estate, effective immediately.
In this newly created position, Caley will oversee the acquisition and
disposition process for the various commercial real estate investment
programs sponsored and advised by Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, including
1031 tenant-in-common exchanges, the Grubb & Ellis Wealth Management
program, Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT and Grubb & Ellis Apartment REIT. In
addition to Caley's involvement in acquisitions and dispositions, the
Company will also leverage his broad expertise in strategic portfolio
management functions to provide the best possible service to its program
investors.

LLC, where he was responsible for acquisitions, raising capital and
operations. He also spent more than 12 years in acquisitions and
dispositions with several notable firms, including Rexford Industrial,
Argus Realty Investors, Transwestern Commercial Services and Koll General
Partner Services. Caley has been involved in more than 10 million square
feet of property transactions throughout the U.S. during his career.
