    DENVER, July 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Commerce & Communications
(Nasdaq: ICCXC), a national web solutions/e-commerce and connectivity company,
announced today that it has filed for protection under Chapter 11 of Title 11,
of the United States Bankruptcy Code.

and viable company," said Douglas Hanson, Chairman & CEO of IC&C.  "As one of
the largest investors, I thought long and hard about this decision, but in the
end I felt this was the best course of action for our employees, our vendors

    The company also announced that it is working with its secured creditor to
provide the funds necessary to meet its on-going financial obligations.
