(OTC Bulletin Board: AMAR) announced today that it has engaged First Security
Van Kasper, an investment banking and brokerage firm, to provide general
financial advisory services to the Company.
Working with First Security Van Kasper, Amarillo Biosciences will assess
various strategic and business alternatives including mergers, strategic
alliances and financing opportunities.

conducting a Phase III clinical program in Sjogren's syndrome in the United
