Lela Rose joins Laura Poretzky this fall as Payless' second guest designer with the launch of the Lela Rose for Payless label. The collection, due in stores in early September, features five shoe styles including two pumps, a flat, a T-strap sandal, and an ankle-boot, as well as a coordinating handbag.
