Toronto, Canada - July 28, 2004 - For the third consecutive year, Canadian
travel agents have selected Galileo Canada as their favourite global
distribution system (GDS) in the Canadian Travel Press/Travel Courier "Agents'
Choice Awards" survey for 2004. Now in its fifth year, this survey polled
travel agents across Canada asking them to identify their favourite travel
industry suppliers from 15 categories, including their favourite GDS.

"Galileo Canada is a truly integral, value-added business partner,
providing our agency with first-rate products that simplify our end goal of
supplying customers with the best available rates and packages," said Kokie
Mehta Wyman, president of World Journeys Ltd. "By providing such innovative
technology and service that evolves with the ever-changing industry, Galileo
ultimately enables us to successfully manage our operations to increase
transaction efficiency for a total lower cost, resulting in a win-win scenario
for our agency and our customer base."
"However, possibly the best part of being with Galileo is the fact that
when a new product is launched, they have the back-up of their trained 'help
and support' desk that is efficient and available within minutes to cater to
all of our questions. This unique combination of forward-thinking products and
support to implement them is the greatest tool for agents in this increasingly
techno world. A guaranteed sale for us," added Wyman.
"We're delighted to receive this recognition for the third straight year
from our highly valued travel agency partners," said Mitch Gross, executive
vice president and managing director for Galileo Agency Services, The
Americas. "With initiatives like Galileo Optimal ShoppingSM, Canada Business
BuildersSM and Galileo NetFaresSM, which we've recently launched, along with
access to specially-negotiated rates, exclusive content and inventory from
leading brands such as Starwood and Marriott Hotels, Galileo agents benefit
from the entire Cendant asset portfolio."
This year's 5th annual Agents' Choice Awards is the largest travel agent
survey in Canada, garnering 1,503 ballots, up 12 percent from last year. The
survey was published in Canadian Travel Press and Travel Courier from January
to the end of April 2004, as well as online at http://www.travelpress.com. The
results are completely and entirely reflective of the votes received from
travel agent respondents.
