to its executive management team as the company's Chief Global Officer.
Crawford Williamson infuses the True team with a great depth and breadth of
experience, hailing from such global brand leaders as Universal, Nabisco,
Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and most recently as an executive from the toy
industry.  As the company's Chief Global Officer, Crawford Williamson will
help drive True expansion into new and international markets, overseeing all
operations and business development efforts.
    Sandra Crawford Williamson has a lengthy and successful track record of
creating and managing consistent profitable growth for a range of global
companies -- from spearheading the introduction of a German-based toy company
into The Americas, to driving marketing and sales initiatives for companies
such as the Universal Studios, Nabisco brands including Oreo and Ritz; Coca
Cola, and Procter & Gamble.

Wal*Mart, Target, Toys R Us, QVC, eBay and Costco, to name a few.
    Her experience at a variety of other global companies is highlighted by
several career accomplishments.  At Universal Studios, Crawford Williamson is
credited with winning the partnership with the number one online travel
company, which represented millions in annual sales.  At Nabisco, Williamson's
vision led to Nabisco's development of the first Aisle Architecture and
cross-category perimeter strategies for the grocery industry, which applied
breakthrough database and affinity marketing technology and consumer
segmentation analysis.  Through her work at Coca-Cola, she is credited with
moving the beverage giant into the online age by pioneering and instituting
the first electronic business plan, which saved millions of dollars and
communicated vital sales information to the field at unprecedented speed.
    Crawford Williamson holds a bachelor's degree in communication from
Louisiana State University and an MBA in global management from the University
