(Nasdaq: GSLI and TSX: GSI) announces the receipt of an order for multiple
Wafer Repair(TM) memory repair systems from the leading semiconductor DRAM
manufacturer in Taiwan. The systems will be delivered in the third quarter of
2004.
GSI Lumonics is a key supplier of memory repair systems to the industry.
