Vanessa Hudgens, Star of High School Musical, to Help with Unveiling

Penny" back-to-school sales promotion, OfficeMax Incorporated (NYSE: OMX),
a leader in office products and services, is unveiling the World's Largest
Penny Tray on Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CDT at the
Mall of America's Rotunda located at East Broadway Bloomington, MN. Vanessa
Hudgens, star of High School Musical, will be on hand to help unveil the
giant penny tray and to autograph photos.

The world's largest penny tray will measure 16 feet by 16 feet and will
be filled with two million pennies. Kids will be able to collect pennies
and purchase a photo of Hudgens for one cent and have her autograph it
immediately after the penny tray is unveiled. Hudgens will sign autographs
from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. CDT. Kids will also be able to use their
pennies to take photos in a photo booth, play penny games and buy candy and
fun supplies at a penny store.
