Ruben Buell Tapped to Lead the Company
DALLAS - April 14, 2004 - TRUEBeginnings(TM), the relationship-building
online service, today announced the appointment of Ruben Buell as president,
effective immediately. In this position, Buell will manage the day-to-day
operations and will oversee the company's 60 employees. He most recently
served as chief information officer (CIO) of TRUEBeginnings, responsible for
all technology-related development, operations, information systems and site
application support.

Buell brings more than 10 years experience in management, technical and
customer service, and product and service introductions. Prior to joining

Co., where he was responsible for the development of IBIS, an integrated
portal containing 80 applications that were used by brokers. Prior to that,
he served as chief technology officer at H.D. Vest, a Dallas-based financial
company traded on NASDAQ. Buell was also the founder and president of Rose
Software, developer of customized time and billing software for the accounting
and legal industries.
