Trust (NYSE: RPT) announced today the resignation of Mr. Herbert Liechtung
(69) from its Board of Trustees. Mr. Liechtung has moved to Florida and plans
to devote his attention to his personal real estate investments. Mr.
Liechtung served on the Board since May 1996. Prior to that, Mr. Liechtung
served as President and Trustee of RPS Realty Trust, predecessor entity to
Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, and was instrumental in organizing the
reverse merger of RPS and Ramco Gershenson, Inc. and its affiliates. The
Trust thanks Mr. Liechtung for his dedication to the organization over the
past several years and wishes him well as he pursues other interests.
