recently earned the distinction of being one of Saturn Corporation's
outstanding suppliers for 2002.

Federal-Mogul's Waupun, Wisconsin, manufacturing facility received the
"2002 Supplier Quality Achievement Award," in recognition of supplying zero
defective engine parts and achieving 100 percent on-time shipping to the
automobile manufacturer over the past two years.
"Saturn's requirements are very stringent and your company has provided us
top quality parts and services day after day that have met or exceeded these
requirements," said Bill Hurles, vice president of purchasing and supplier
quality, Saturn. "This is quite an accomplishment and is the level of
excellence we all strive so hard to attain."

plant manager, Waupun. "We began supplying Saturn a little more than two
years ago and in that time have maintained a continuous and excellent level of
quality."
The Waupun facility manufactures valve seats and valve guides for Saturn's
L-850 engine. Established in 1985, the facility today employs approximately
230 people. The Waupun facility is the largest producer of valve seats and
guides in North America, supplying 165 million units annually. Its products
are in more than 50 percent of all engines built in North America.
