fiscal year 2007 by Tuesday, August 14, 2007, rather than today as
previously announced. The Company is postponing the release of its results
for the second quarter because of the additional time needed to complete
the accounting and tax valuations related to the recently completed sale of

Also, as previously announced, the Company will not conduct a
conference call to discuss the results for its second quarter.
