CSG Adds Two More Service Areas to Its Growing Roster of Care Express Sites

two divisions of Bright House Networks have selected CSG(R) Care Express to
offer customers Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) and Self-Care
options that will supplement its overall customer service program.

Bright House delivers video and high-speed data services to 2.1 million
customers across seven regions in the Midwest and southeastern United States.
Using CSG Care Express, Bright House Network's Tampa Bay and Detroit divisions
will give 1.5 million subscribers the ability to view, manage and pay their
bills online as well as activate new services and edit account information.
The EBPP and Self-Care modules within CSG Care Express will complement
Bright House's efforts to reduce costs associated with call center operations
while delivering high-quality customer care.
