MonsterCommerce to Purchase Valuable Internet Domain Name shoppingcart.com for
$285,000
SAN JOSE, Calif., Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The At Home Liquidating Trust,
the successor to Excite@Home, announced today the marketing and sale of
Excite@Home's entire Internet domain name portfolio. The portfolio consists of
several valuable names, including the domain name shoppingcart.com which was
sold to ecommerce company MonsterCommerce for $285,000. http://www.Moniker.com will
be the exclusive agent for all domain name sales.
The assets available for sale include 119 domain names. Certain trademarks
associated with specific domain names will be sold concurrently. Names such as
Stuff.com, Home.net, Mystuff.com and Firstyears.com are just a few of the
domain names that will be sold.
The first sale approved by the Excite At Home Trust is the highly valued
Internet domain name shoppingcart.com. MonsterCommerce intends to leverage the
domain by reaching out to businesses looking to build an e-commerce presence.
