Free Family Event at each of its Michaels Arts & Crafts Stores across the
United States and Canada. Joining forces with craft industry innovators
DecoArt, Scotch Brand and Darice, Michaels free family activity will take
place on Saturday, September 17, from 10:00am until 3:00pm local time, with
participants able to come and go throughout the event.
Kids of all ages will have the opportunity to showcase their creativity at
the event, designing whimsical marshmallow foam characters. Supplies to craft
these figures will be provided free, allowing participants to build their own
Halloween-themed creation. For those looking for a little inspiration or
direction, Michaels associates will be on hand to assist with easy step-by-
step instructions. All participants will receive a free project brochure,
with Holiday-oriented ideas that can be completed at home. Many stores will
also offer additional activities in conjunction with the event; inquire with
local stores for scheduled activities.
