September's Mission Honors Dewey Ballantine For Pro Bono Contribution

  Law Firm Recognized At Washington, D.C. Event For Legal Services Provided
         to Non-Profit Organization Supporting 9/11 Victims' Families

    NEW YORK, Aug. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- September's Mission Foundation, a
non-profit organization, announces that it recently recognized Dewey
Ballantine LLP, a leading international law firm, for its pro bono work in
support of the organization.
    September's Mission develops programs for children affected by the
September 11th terrorist attack in New York, Washington, D.C., and
Pennsylvania.  The organization works to establish a memorial for the victims
of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack in New York City and plans to raise
private sector funding for the maintenance of the New York memorial.
September's Mission was founded shortly after September 11th by Monica Iken,
whose husband was lost in the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center.

    September's Mission recognized the firm at a reception in Washington, D.C.
aboard the Presidential Yacht Sequioa. September's Mission also honored
President George W. Bush, New York Governor George Pataki, and former New York
City Mayor Rudolph Guiliani at the event for their support of the families of
victims in the wake of the attack. These leaders, along with professional
organizations, including Dewey Ballantine, have donated time and expertise to
helping September's Mission work toward its objectives.
    The Firm was represented at the event by Saul Morgenstern and Elizabeth
Aston, members of the Dewey Ballantine September's Mission team.
    Mr. Morgenstern, a litigation partner at the firm, said, "Those of us who
