Lynn Baldwin Elected IABC/Detroit 2004-2005 President

    DETROIT, Aug. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- The International Association of Business
Communicators (IABC) Detroit chapter recently elected Lynn Baldwin, marketing
specialist, ForeSee Results, as president for 2004-2005.  ForeSee Results is
an Ann Arbor-based company that measures customer satisfaction with websites
using University of Michigan's American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI).
    "IABC/Detroit is an organization where communicators connect with each
other and with opportunities for professional development," said Baldwin.
"I'm happy to be able to serve the chapter as president, and support the
organization's mission of helping communicators advance in their careers."
    Prior to joining the executive board of IABC/Detroit, Baldwin served as
Academic Relations and Programming director for the chapter.
    "I'm excited about our plans for the upcoming year, which kicks off with a
September 22 program featuring Lorie Kessler of DTE Energy discussing the
communication and media relations strategy behind the Blackout of 2003,"
Baldwin said.
    In her role as marketing specialist with ForeSee Results, she handles
events management and marketing.  Baldwin is also a freelance contributor to
the Builder's Journal and A2 Lifestyle Magazine.
    Prior to her position at ForeSee, she worked for global HR consulting firm
Towers Perrin as a communication consultant.  She also worked in marketing
with marketing services supplier Budco earlier in her career.
    Baldwin is a native of the Detroit area and currently resides in Ann
Arbor, Mich.  She received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Michigan
State University in 1988.
    IABC/Detroit is one of the largest chapters of the 13,000-member
International Association of Business Communicators.  The Detroit IABC
chapter, with more than 250 professional communicators, holds monthly programs
featuring guest speakers; sponsors professional development workshops; offers
