appointment of Mr. Brian K. Southern as Senior Vice President, Sales, Business
Development and Product Development for the Company's Process Business, and
Mr. Stephen J. Fogarty as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Southern brings over 16 years of process control sales and marketing
experience in various leading suppliers of Distributed Control Systems. Mr.
Southern holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters
degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. Mr. Southern is
responsible for Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Manufacturing,
Customer Support, and Education Services for the Process Business Unit. He is
also responsible for Corporate Marketing and serves as the Investor Relations
Officer.
Mr. Fogarty brings over 22 years of financial and operating experience in
various software and high tech companies. Mr. Fogarty holds a Bachelor degree
in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and is a
Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Fogarty is responsible for finance and
treasury functions, investor relations, financial strategic planning,
facilities, and information technology.
