Goldrock to Invest USD 3.3 Million in PNMsoft to Promote PNM'S Global Expansion

    LONDON, August 13 /PRNewswire/ -- PNMsoft, developer and marketer of
software products and professional services for business process management
(BPM), today announced securing an investment of USD 3.3 million to expand
its global operations.
    The investment in PNMsoft was made by Goldrock, an investment fund that
focuses on mature technology companies, and part of the Goldman Investments
Group.
    The Group's investments include Invu Inc, developer of document
management software, listed on AIM in 2004, quadrupling in value since; and
BATM Advanced Communications Ltd, provider of telecommunication equipment,
which is also traded on the London Stock Exchange.
    "Goldrock's investment provides PNMsoft solid financial backing
enabling it to accelerate and expand overseas operations, with a particular
focus on Europe," said Gal Horvitz, CEO of PNMsoft. "We plan to play a
