BB&T to host free webinar on check cards and credit cards for small businesses

    WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., Aug. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BB&T today said
it will host a free educational webinar Aug. 20 on the benefits of check
cards and credit cards for small business owners.

    "Small Business Payment Solutions: Business Cards," the sixth in an
ongoing series of payments-related webinars from BB&T will be presented
from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. (EDT) by Dee Moore, BB&T Commercial Card sales
manager, and John Yarley, senior business leader in the Small Business
Products department at Visa USA.

    The webinar will cover the benefits of using check cards and credit

programs; payment flexibility; and security features.
