(NYSE: PCO) announced today that its chief executive officer and chief
financial officer have signed and delivered to the Securities and Exchange
Commission the certifications of publicly filed reports mandated by both SEC
Order 4-460 and the recently passed Sarbanes-Oxley legislation.
