that Philip C. Galbo, Senior Vice President of CVS Corp., has joined Spectra's
board of directors, thereby expanding Spectra System's board to seven members.
Mr. Galbo has 30 years of experience in financial and strategic
management, and in addition to his current position as SVP and Treasurer of
CVS Corp., he is CFO of CVS Realty Company. Through his expertise in M&A,
capital markets financing, and investment management, he has led several large
acquisitions and divestitures. In addition, he has managed two public
offerings and several private financings, as well as developed a long-term
store expansion plan, all of which have significantly contributed to the
growth of CVS.
