fertilizer manufacturers in China, will host a conference call at 9:00 am
EST on Wednesday, August 16, 2006, to discuss results for the second
quarter ended June 30, 2006.
Joining Yu Chang, China Agritech's Chief Executive Officer on the call
will be Zhao Yan, the Senior Vice President of Finance and Richard Dean,
