 At Premier Data Center Industry Event, APC Professionals to Lead Sessions
       around Data Center Preparedness and Efficiency; Cooling Issues

today announced that the company will showcase its data center industry
knowledge and leadership position throughout AFCOM's Data Center World
event running September 10-13, 2006 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and
Convention Center in Kissimmee, Fla. APC executives have been chosen to
lead several educational sessions on a variety of data center-related
topics and each presentation will share insight and best practices garnered
from APC's extensive experience in planning, creating and implementing
products for network-critical physical infrastructure. The APC-led sessions
will give attendees valuable information that can be used to significantly
improve data center efficiency, prevent potential data center problems, and
identify the technology solutions that drive data center management now and
in the future.

    In addition to its participation in the conference speaking tracks, APC

    * "The Number One Hot Issue For Data Centers: It's All About Cooling,"
      presented by Kevin Dunlap, APC Director, Business Strategy -- Cooling --
      this session will outline technology advancements that meet the need for
      more sophisticated heat management as a result of the recent
      evolutionary changes in server technology.  The session will help
      attendees build a cooling roadmap for the next decade.  Monday, Sept.
