relationship with Akamai Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: AKAM), the foremost
provider of global, high performance services for the delivery of Internet
content, streaming media, and applications. Through this relationship,
RMI.NET will become an Akamai accelerated network to improve the quality,
performance, and reliability of rich, dynamic content and applications
delivery over RMI.NET's network backbone.

As a result of the agreement, RMI.NET's end users will be able to access a
wide range of popular Web content more quickly and reliably. Akamai servers
deployed in RMI.NET's network will facilitate faster downloads and higher
quality streaming media delivery of content from Akamai's extensive customer
base of Web properties across all industries including financial services,
retail, e-commerce, entertainment, software distribution and publishing.
Akamai's Internet content delivery services improve Web site speed and
reliability by delivering rich Web content from more than 4,200 servers
optimally located close to Internet end users around the globe.
