ICMS, a comprehensive billing and customer care solution for the global
telecommunications marketplace.

    The newest version of ICMS features an Application Programming Interface
(API) layer that enables faster and more flexible integration between ICMS and
other third-party applications that must share data with billing and customer
care systems, such as customer relationship management, workforce management
and financial systems.  The API is implemented via an open Web Services
oriented architecture that supports any number of commercially available J2EE
compliant Web Application Servers.
    The enhancements further illustrate CSG's commitment toward ensuring that
operators using the ICMS platform worldwide have the flexibility to link
numerous back-office systems together in order to provide a more
cost-effective and efficient operation.  By further extending ICMS'
capabilities to tightly integrate with other third-party applications, service
providers are able to maintain a holistic view of their customer base and the
services they offer.
    In addition, the enhancements will ensure that the ICMS customer base has
the ability to leverage their existing investments to rapidly launch new
services, increase revenues and operational efficiencies.
