PITTSBURGH, Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- PennDOT officials have extended the
deadline for the first interstate highway bridge and tunnel vacation contest
in the United States. The Fort Pitt 2000 Contest will accept entries until
noon August 22, 2000.
Joining the icon of cones along state roads, local business and attraction
icons in the Pittsburgh area have donated valuable prizes in addition to the
two hard hats and vests the department of transportation is giving away.

contractor of this year's ramp work, Brayman Construction, will host the
winners to a 30-minute lunch break and a dizzying tour of the phattest
construction site of this and next century...the Fort Pitt Bridge.
