MIAMI, Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Bankers from throughout the hemisphere will
gather in Miami to address the challenges of balancing cost reduction with the
need for new technology in order to compete with enhanced customer offerings.
Banks will be looking at their return on investment for their technology
purchases as they implement their strategic business plans for 2003. These

officers of both financial institutions and other businesses engaged in the
marketplaces of the Americas and challenged to better connect with their
target clients," said Paul Koch, Content Manager of the Conference. "It
addresses key strategic issues relevant to successfully positioning
enterprises in their target market segments and aligning the necessary
marketing mix, technology, intellectual capital and best business practices,"
he added.
During the three days, CEOs and CIOs will have the opportunity to listen,
learn and network with a community of several hundred entities including
