Windows Servers with the affected versions installed may hang when the PowerChute(R) process loads at reboot time. PowerChute Personal Edition, PowerChute Network Shutdown, PowerChute Plus, and PowerChute Business Edition Version 7.x users are unaffected by this issue. Customers with the affected versions of software must immediately upgrade to the latest version of PowerChute(R) Business Edition v7.0.4 or PowerChute(R) Business Edition v7.0.2 (for Windows NT).
