Contact Solution Center to Include IBM WebSphere Application Server,
WebSphere MQ

today announced that its new aggressively open family of multi-channel
customer service applications, Epiphany Service 6, has been optimized for
IBM's WebSphere* Application Server and IBM's WebSphere MQ product. This
announcement comes weeks after the two companies announced a global agreement,
whereby IBM will provide integration services for E.piphany's entire suite of
CRM applications, which will be optimized for IBM's J2EE-based WebSphere
Application Server, WebSphere MQ, AIX operating system, and DB2* database
software platforms.
