New Fuel Center is Located at the Chain's North Hills Store in the San
Fernando Valley

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Customers may now fill their gas
tanks as well as their grocery carts the next time they shop at the Food 4
Less store in North Hills.
Food 4 Less, the nation's premier price-impact supermarket chain, is
pleased to announce the opening of its first Fuel Center located in the
parking lot of the Food 4 Less store at 16208 Parthenia Street in the San
Fernando Valley community of North Hills.
The new Food 4 Less Fuel Center opened Monday evening, August 19.

busy and we believe our new Fuel Center provides one more convenience to the
one-stop-shopping experience at our North Hills Food 4 Less store."
The North Hills location is the first for Food 4 Less with more planned to
open over the next 24 months.
The new Food 4 Less Fuel Center features five fuel pumps that allow up to
10 customers at one time to fuel their vehicles. Customers may also purchase
items such as ice, soft drinks, tobacco products, lottery and lotto tickets,
phone cards, candy, chewing gum and automotive products.
For customer convenience, the new Food 4 Less Fuel Center is open 24 hours
a day. The Fuel Center is staffed from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and accepts debit or
credit card purchases at the pump from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Special savings and values will be offered to customers during the grand
opening festivities for the new Fuel Center, which will begin on Wednesday,
August 21. Other grand opening activities include appearances by costumed
characters and radio remotes.
The Food 4 Less Fuel Center sells only high quality gasoline, purchased
from local major oil refineries, at competitive prices. As part of its

latest in technology to ensure that all EPA standards and requirements are
met.
