today announced the appointment of Dave Johnson to the newly created role
of vice president, worldwide sales, marketing and service. In this role,
Dave will lead regional and global teams responsible for sales, marketing
and service delivery.

Dave has more than a decade of experience at APC, most recently serving
as vice president, Americas leading the sales, marketing and service
delivery of APC solutions in North and Latin America. In this position, he
was responsible for revenue in excess of $1 billion annually. Prior to
assuming this position, Dave served as general manager, APC Rack Systems
where he was integrally involved in developing and driving InfraStruXure(R)
product marketing and sales. Additionally, Dave has held multiple sales
management and product management positions at APC. He began his career
with GE. Dave Johnson is not related to Rob Johnson.
