interim president and chief executive officer will participate in the
Thomas Weisel Partners Healthcare Conference, to be held Sept. 5-7, 2007 at
The Four Seasons Hotel in Boston. Dr. Hudson's presentation at the
conference is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 6 at 2:05 p.m. EDT. Dr. Hudson
is also scheduled to participate in the Bear Stearns Healthcare Conference,
to be held Sept. 10-11, 2007 at The Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York, where he
