Catalina Health Resource Announces Tommy Thompson as Chairman of New Advisory Council

Department of Health and Human Services, Tommy G. Thompson, has agreed to
chair the newly formed Health Education and Patient Privacy Advisory Council
under the auspices of Catalina's Health Resource division.  In this role,
Thompson, a partner at law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP (Akin
Gump), will advise the company on the establishment of the Council in addition
to acting as the panel's independent chairman.
