Cornell McGee as the company's chief marketing officer and executive vice
president. In his new position, McGee will direct TRUE's acquisition
marketing, business development and sales efforts, continuing its expansion
in the interactive space. With more than 13 years experience in the
Internet consulting and conversion marketing arena, McGee will oversee
segmentation and channel management for TRUE as part of a newly expanded
role that builds on the responsibilities he held during his time with the
company in 2007. Having announced its intention to increase its advertising
spend to $75 million, TRUE has experienced tremendous corporate growth with
its current online marketing strategy and is looking to expand that success
under McGee's direction.

    McGee began his career as a consultant and marketing specialist for

assisted in developing strategies and methodology for delivering internet

marketing. From 2004 to 2007, McGee served as the senior vice president of
acquisition marketing and later CMO of TRUE.com before joining Reunion.com
in September 2007. As CMO of Reunion.com, McGee provided data-driven
strategies for the marketing and business development departments and drove
the creation of new products to improve the company's quality lead
conversion and retention rate.

    McGee graduated from the University of North Texas in 1993 with a BBA
in Marketing. He went on to earn his MBA in Strategic Management from Texas
A&M University, where he graduated as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma
Honor Society in 1999.
