QUINCY, Ill., Aug. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross J. Centanni, Chairman,
President and CEO of Gardner Denver, Inc. (NYSE: GDI) has announced the
appointment of Tracy Pagliara to the position of Vice President, General
Counsel and Secretary effective August 28, 2000. Mr. Pagliara will have
responsibility for all legal functions of the Company as well as SEC
compliance and corporate governance.
Mr. Pagliara joined the Company from Verizon Communications/GTE, where
he was employed for four years, most recently as the Assistant General
Counsel-Interconnection. He previously held other legal management positions
with Kellwood Company and Lewis, Rice and Fingersh in St. Louis.
Mr. Pagliara, received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois
College of Law and is also a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S. degree in
Accounting from the University of Illinois.
