DENVER, Aug. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Myogen, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company
focused on discovering, developing and commercializing drugs for the treatment
of cardiovascular disorders, announced today that it has filed a registration
statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an
initial public offering of shares of its common stock.
The underwriters of the offering will be Credit Suisse First Boston and
JPMorgan, acting as joint book-running managers, and CIBC World Markets and
Lazard, acting as co-managers. The number of shares to be offered and the
price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus. When available,
a copy of the preliminary prospectus relating to the offering may be obtained
