    NEW YORK, Aug. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- The following are remarks by Illinois
Congressional Candidate Antonio Davis-Fairman as prepared for delivery at the
2004 Republican National Convention:

    Hello, I'm Antonio Davis-Fairman from Illinois' 7th District.
    Isn't America great?  Where you can dream and succeed against the odds --
regardless of race, sex, age or income.
    In the Preamble to the Constitution, we pledge to secure the blessings of
liberty to ourselves -- and our POSTERITY.
    America's Promise is being fulfilled -- for descendants and succeeding
generations.
    I believe the "death" tax must be repealed. Sexual predators' records must
never be expunged. Social Security and education must be preserved.
    And investment in human capital and defense is an investment in America's
Future.
    Let us continue the American Dream for ourselves and our children.
