Wright, Sr. has joined the Company as Vice President of Business Solutions.
Wright's primary responsibility will be working with the Development,
Construction and Leasing teams to create innovative market-facing real estate
solutions for retailers in existing retail centers and in connection with
executing the Company's $550 million development and redevelopment pipeline.

Wright has more than 17 years experience in system design and integration.
Prior to joining Edens & Avant, he was the Director of Information Technology
for Time Warner Cable's South Carolina division. He holds a BBA degree in
Computer Information Systems from James Madison University and will complete
his MBA degree from Duke University this month.
