(Nasdaq: RXSD) today announced the appointment of Ian Stuart as Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer. He reports to Damon DeSantis, the
Company's President.
In making the announcement, DeSantis stated, "The impressive scope of

operations makes him an invaluable addition to our executive management team.
His global expertise, strong result-focused orientation and strategic

Possessing an exceptional 25-year background of achievement with leading
global consumer products organizations and spanning several continents, Stuart
was affiliated for the past five years with Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he
most recently served as President, Mead Johnson Nutritional. In this role, he
had full functional management responsibility for its $2 billion global
business. He successfully led the division to first time market leadership in
the infant formula category, established a global marketing structure and
instituted a vigorous program of new products and acquisitions. Previously,
he had been President of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Consumer Products Group in
Japan where he was instrumental in building the organization and achieving
substantial sales and profit increases.
From 1987 to 1993, Stuart was with Unilever, where he has served as Vice
President of Marketing, Personal Care Division, Japan and Group Marketing
Manager, United Kingdom.
Prior to that, he was with Chesebrough Ponds Company for five years,
serving as General Manager of its Kenya and Thailand operations. He began his
career in brand management with The Gillette Company in the United Kingdom and
served as Country Manager, Egypt, Area Manager, North Africa, and General
Manager, Kenya.
Stuart is a graduate of the Glasgow College of Technology in the United
Kingdom, where he received his B.A. degree in Business Studies. He earned his
graduate degree from Newcastle Polytechnic, also in the United Kingdom.
