(NYSE: TMK) announced today that its Chief Executive Officer, Mark McAndrew,
and Chief Financial Officer, Gary Coleman, will present Thursday, September 8,
2005 at the Keefe, Bruyette & Woods' Insurance Conference in New York City.
Mr. McAndrew's and Mr. Coleman's presentation is scheduled to begin at 8:50
