Mezzanine Provider Continues To Build Experienced Team To Invest In Middle
Market Businesses
NEW YORK, Sept. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Praesidian Capital Investors, a
leading provider of mezzanine capital for small and mid-sized companies,
announced today that Jon E. Mansfield has joined the firm as Managing
Director. Jon will play a key role with transaction origination,
structuring and execution, as well as portfolio management.

Mr. Mansfield joins Praesidian with 14 years of investment banking and
portfolio management experience. Most recently, he was a Founding Partner
at WP Global Partners, a private equity firm. Previously, he held positions
at The Wicks Group, where he was involved in the acquisition, financing,
strategy and oversight of its investments, and at CMS Companies, where he
was Senior Investment Manager for a $1.5 billion private equity portfolio.
Mr. Mansfield also worked in the distressed debt group at Donaldson, Lufkin
and Jenrette and in Chase Manhattan Bank's Latin American Corporate Finance
Group. He received his MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in International
Relations from Boston University.
