Wayne Iurillo Appointed Vice President and General Manager of Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC Customized Engineering and Depot Support

INDIANAPOLIS, IN UNITED STATES
    INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 4, 2007 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Technical Services
Company LLC (RTSC), a subsidiary of Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), has named
Wayne Iurillo vice president and general manager of RTSC's
Indianapolis-based Customized Engineering and Depot Support (CEDS) business
unit. Iurillo will report to Rick Yuse, Raytheon Company vice president and
president of RTSC.

    Iurillo has more than 20 years of experience with Raytheon Company. He
served most recently as the director of Tactical Communication Systems and
general manager of the Fort Wayne, Ind., facility for Raytheon Network
Centric Systems (NCS). Prior to joining NCS, Iurillo held leadership roles
within Raytheon's Integrated Defense Systems, including director of Sensor
Systems Integration and product line manager of Marine Warfare Programs.
    He holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering
from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
