MIAMI, Sept. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Intrinseq Analytics Corp.
(http://www.intrinseq.com/), a developer of computer applications for
fundamental security analysis, today announces the launch of applications to
guide investors towards making sound long-term equity investments. The tools
are designed for financial analysts, professional money managers, brokers,
corporate treasurers, individual investors, and others to determine the
intrinsic values of most publicly traded stocks in the US based on fundamental
valuation models driven by key user inputs, such as projected sales growth,
operating margin, capital expenditures, dividend payout ratios, etc. The
applications will ultimately render a long-term investment recommendation
based on the user inputs and the resulting outputs from the valuation models,
and a risk category for each stock based on weighted benchmarks, such as
earnings volatility, risk/return tradeoff, leverage, and others. Each
application includes a guide that explains the methodology and provides
insights into forecasting key inputs, as well as a glossary that defines all
items in the financial statements and financial ratios.
Intrinseq Analytics is launching two applications: I-Corporate Stock
Suite(TM) (ICSS) for the analysis of non-financial stocks, and I-Financial
Stock Suite(TM) (IFSS) for the analysis of bank stocks. Both applications run
on Microsoft Excel(R) and include 7 years of the most recent annual data, 16
quarters and Trailing Twelve Months comparisons covering the Income
Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements with extensive detail. In
addition, the applications contain a wide selection of valuation and financial
ratios, risk parameters, performance measures, industry financial statements
and ratios, and graphs illustrating relevant historic trends that will serve
to assure that investors make a thorough analysis before making an investment
decision.
The applications are initially available as a subscription service for
professional users. With the subscription service, professional users will pay
a monthly fee and in exchange they will be able to download historic financial
statements from any publicly traded stock in the US on an unlimited basis and
perform their own analysis within the framework provided by the application.
Intrinseq Analytics will soon launch applications for individual investors
that would like to base their investment decisions on fundamentals, with a lot
of emphasis on valuation, performance, and risk.
"These tools guarantee a disciplined and solid approach to long-term
investment. Investment professionals will experience an increase in
productivity as a result of the speedy download of company-specific financial
data in a format that is already conducive to perform top-quality equity
analysis. Individual investors will be able to invest like a professional,
reducing the degree of emotion that can lead to costly mistakes and relying
more on a consistent and solid approach to investment," said Joe Canas, CEO of
Intrinseq Analytics Corp.
