conference, XL Congress, scheduled to be held on October 4-5 in Boston,
Massachussets.
Speakers addressing XL Congress delegates include Richard Clarke,
National Security Advisor (1992-2003); Mike Moore, Director of the World
Trade Organization (1999-2002) and Prime Minister of New Zealand (1990);
Steve Forbes, President and CEO of Forbes Inc., Editor-in-Chief Forbes
Magazine; Carol Bellamy, Executive Director of UNICEF (1995-2005) and
President and CEO of World Learning; Jerry Linenger, NASA Astronaut
(1992-1998); Jeremy Siegel, Professor of Finance, Wharton School of
Business (1976-present); and Benazir Bhutto, former Prime Minister of

Other speakers include Jack Welch, Chairman and CEO of General Electric
(1981-2001). A panel discussion titled "Capital -- Borderless -- The Risks

The conference theme is "One World Without Borders" and will follow the
same format as the XL Congress held in Berlin, Germany, in May 2006. The
event will use thought-provoking international speakers to critically
examine major economic, political and social issues to give delegates a
better understanding of the changing face of risk and its evolving impact
on the world. The two Congresses, invitation-only events for clients and
brokers, are among the commemorative celebrations which XL has held this
year to mark its 20th anniversary.
