PITTSBURGH, Sept. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Westinghouse Electric Company has
named Jimmy Morgan president of PCI Energy Services, the company's premier
welding and machining subsidiary located in Lake Bluff, Ill.
Mr. Morgan joined Westinghouse in June 2006 and replaces Dan Trombola,
who is taking a role in a Westinghouse change initiative that was created
to ensure the continued success and future growth of the company.
Jimmy previously was the unit managing director of Areva's North
American Transmission & Distribution Systems business segment. Prior to
this assignment, he held various management positions at Duke Power, Duke
Engineering & Services, and Areva NP (formerly Framatome) in the areas of
plant modifications, engineering, site project management and marketing and
sales.
Mr. Morgan received a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer
Engineering from the University of South Carolina, and completed coursework
toward a master's degree in Business Administration from Furman University
in South Carolina.
He will continue leading PCI Energy's commitment to technology
excellence, sales and profitability, and growth.
PCI Energy Services LLC, founded in 1970, provides field welding and
machining services to a variety of industrial customers including power
plants. PCI employs approximately 300 people in its corporate headquarters
(Lake Bluff) and an office in Ashland, Va.
